Pickup Policy

🌐 Global Pickup Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

This policy applies to all orders placed through Sinotec’s designated global pickup system. By confirming your purchase using the designated pickup option, you agree to the following terms:

1. 20-Day Pickup Window Policy

Due to the specialized nature and specifications of many products offered by Sinotec Mall, customers are required to inspect and confirm the accuracy of the product at the time of pickup.

  • Customers must collect their orders within 20 calendar days after receiving the pickup notification.

  • If an order is not picked up within the 20-day period due to customer-related reasons, the order will be archived.

  • If the customer fails to retrieve the order by Day 60, the Company will consider the order as delivered.

  • The Company reserves the right to assess depreciation costs or storage-related losses for archived orders.

The final pickup deadline may vary depending on pricing policies and marketing strategies. For details, please contact your local customer service center.

2. Selection of Designated Pickup Locations (DPLs)

Customers must select a designated pickup point (DPL) from Sinotec’s approved list when placing an order.

  • Orders without a valid DPL selection will not be accepted.

  • Failure to select a DPL at checkout will result in automatic order cancellation.

3. How to View Available Pickup Points

To view Sinotec’s designated global pickup points:

  1. Log in to your Sinotec member account.

  2. Navigate to â€œGlobal Designated Pickup Locations”.

  3. Click on any location to view the full address and pickup instructions.

⚠️ Pickup location cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.

4. Final Pickup Deadline: 60 Days

All self-pickup orders must be collected within 60 calendar days of order confirmation.

  • Orders not collected within 60 days will be treated as delivered.

  • Any resulting depreciation or archiving-related fees will be evaluated and may be deducted.

  • Customers should consult their local pickup point customer service if they anticipate delays.

5. Authorized Pickup by a Third Party

Customers may authorize another person to collect their order. The authorized person must present the following:

  • Pickup order number and/or security code

  • The original buyer’s Sinotec membership ID

  • A copy of the original buyer’s valid government-issued ID

The authorized party must sign a pickup release form and provide their full name and contact number.

6. Consolidated Pickup of Multiple Orders

If you have multiple orders scheduled at the same designated pickup point, you may request to combine them for a single pickup, provided all items are eligible and fall within the allowed timeframe.

🔍 Supplementary Clauses

6.1 Unclaimed Orders Disposal Clause

If the customer fails to pick up the product within 90 days, the Company reserves the right to dispose of, forfeit, or cancel the order without refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Identity Verification Requirement

The Company reserves the right to refuse to release the product if the pickup party is unable to provide sufficient identification or valid order information.

6.3 Force Majeure Clause

In the event of natural disasters, public health emergencies, transport disruption, or other force majeure events, Sinotec reserves the right to adjust pickup timelines or suspend services at its sole discretion, without liability.
